About our Bayside Centre - 53 Mount Cotton Road, Capalaba

In October 2019, Bayside Initiatives Group joined Brook RED to form our centre in Capalaba, affectionately known as Big RED. We are a welcoming lived experience community located in beautiful Winter Memorial Park in Central Capalaba.

Big RED is an intentional recovery space where people work together to build a community of mutual support. We offer recovery focused activities, groups, and workshops, as well as individual peer-support. Support at Big RED looks different for everyone; for some it is about building connections with others, or building skills which support their recovery.
